Near UST, Dapitan

Description

My brother and I are renting an apartment near UST Dapitan. There are two rooms, one of which we occupy and the other one is available for rent (Double deck bed is already provided). The room is good for one to two persons, but i prefer only one person to rent it, para tahimik.

Php3500 It includes electricity and water. We can also share our appliances (eg stove, tv, ref, washing machine,microwave) Pwede students or young professionals (male). Preferably Thomasian.
The room should be leased for a minimum of 6 months. One month deposit and one month advance.
The community is very safe.
