RESERVATION FEE: USD 100.00 – Deductible from the rental
RENTAL RATES:

WEEKLY : USD 350 – Inclusive of all Utility Charges
MONHTLY : USD 1100 – Inclusive of all Utility Charges
REFUNDABLE SECURITY BOND - (In case of any damages)

Please note that the quoted rates are in US Dollars there maybe some difference due to fluctuating exchange rates
• In order to book the condo a Reservation Fee of USD 100 is required in order to secure the booking payable on reservation, this is deductible from the rental.
• Payments may be made via CASH to my sister who is my Property manager in Manila, Credit Card or e-check via my verified PAYPAL account, Bank Transfer or Western Union
• As is our policy this Reservation fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking
• On payment of Reservation fee, a Receipt and Booking confirmation and Arrival procedure will be made via email
• The Balance must be received 2 weeks before the arrival date or at the time of reservation
• In the event that you make your booking less than 2 weeks of your planned occupancy date, both Rental fee and Security bond must be paid in full amount in 1 payment
• We cannot turn over the keys until the guest has paid the balance of the total amount in full (Rental fee and Security bond)
• Failure to receive the Full payment on time, the booking will be treated as cancelled.
• The Security Bond is Fully Refundable and held until after your occupancy, allowing time for condo audit. Deductions will be made for any damages or missing items.

ARRIVAL / KEY PICK UP / DEPARTURE:
We need notification by email or by phone of your intended arrival time so we can inform the Security.
On the day of your arrival, our apartments Manager will meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys. On the day of departure, our apartments Manager will meet you at the apartment to confirm the apartment’s condition and collect the key.
