TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• Good for maximum of two persons only College students (male or female) and students reviewing for exam (female only) .

• Monthly Fee: With Aircon – Php 5,000 single person occupancy, Php 6,000 two person occupancy. Without Aircon – Php 5,000 for two person occupancy only.

• Mode of payment: One (1) Month Advance, One (1) Month Deposit. 50% downpayment is required at least a day before move-in.

• Minimum period of occupancy 3 months

• Monthly fee is inclusive of water, electricity

• Payments made are non-refundable in case of early termination of room rental.

• Room shall be deemed reserved upon payment of half the initial payment required.

• Room comes with built-in cabinets, small closet, small storage space, mirror, twin size mattress or a double deck can be provided upon request.

• Room size is approximately 9 square meters, with moderate natural lighting, newly painted and has separate staircase for access.


There's no place in the house where you can accomodate your guest aside from the room. That's why reviewees and short term lease is preferred.

PREFERRABLY SHORT TERM LEASE ONLY BUT MINIMUM OF THREE MONTHS.

We have pet dogs in the house, two dogs but soon one of the dog is leaving, our dogs get excited when there are strangers and usually take a week or two for them to get acquainted with new people, they are tied/caged and has never bitten anybody but are very aggressive when seeing people for the first time so if you have dog trauma (if you are afraid with dogs even when they are all tied up)
our place might not be good for you lol be prepared to get some serious barking.

our house is just a modest small house with a sari sari store below so if you are too picky it might not also be good for you but the room for rent is neat and tidy.

NO CURFEW.
