PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH BOOKING IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT TO THE OWNER WHICH IS EQUIVALENT TO 75% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL FEE BUT PLEASE DO NOT WORRY AS THIS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WHEN YOU CHECK OUT AFTER A QUICK INSPECTION.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:

1.Standard check-in time is at 2:00pm
OR ONWARDS. I would appreciate if you could tell me your time of arrival at your accommodation as soon as you can.
Standard check-out time is ON OR BEFORE 11:30am.
NON-COMPLIANCE of the check-out time is subject to approval and availability, additional fees will be charged from your security deposit at PhP 200/hour.

2.Early check in/Late check-out is charged for a half day's rental fee BUT IS STILL SUBJECT FOR AVAILABILITY. If you wish to check in early or check out late, kindly coordinate with the reservations manager to book it prior to your arrival or departure.
Please be advised that both are subject to availability.

3.SECURITY DEPOSIT is required upon checking in the amount of PHP 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Pesos Only) or 75% of the total rental fee whichever is greater in value and will be refundable when you check out after an inspection prior to check out.

4. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ALL OUR ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING ROOMS AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
